Reasons: No matter how often I visit I never find a reason to be disappointed in this place. The people working there are friendly, the guests mostly are as well, the rooms are clean and well looked after, the descriptions on the internet are all true as far as my knowledge goes and it is definitely worth every single pence spend.

The hostel lies in central Edinburgh right next to the High Street, it is not that noisy at night, clean rooms, freshly washed sheets and offers a wide range of activities during the week if you’d like to join.

I spend a couple of times in the hostel. First time in a mixed dorm with I don’t know how many beds. Then two or three times (if not even more often) in a 4 beds female dorm and the last time even just booked a bed but just spend the whole night downstairs sitting about and chatting with the staff (I arrived in the middle of the night and had to leave early, didn’t want to wake anyone) was really fun to chat with them and joke about a lot of things, just so friendly people there.

Definitely a place I enjoy staying at and will book again!
