Rating out of 5: 3.5

Reasons:

With its central location in Wick, just about 5 minutes from the train station, the Caithness Inn in Wick is a comfortable place with friendly staff. Being honest, although I did enjoy my stay there the place does need some restoration work.

It is just my personal opinion and as a place for a couple of nights it does do the job and there wasn’t anything mayor to complain about, the place was clean and comfortable so I guess it is just my personal opinion that the place could benefit from a restoration and exchange of some of the furnishing.

Here as well I am not at all happy with the prices, being up north I can see some reason for them but still they are kinda high, coming from the business and being used to dealing with the prices of high-end hotels even in the summer season I am struck by the prices I encountered on my trip up north.
