Reasons: The Lodge Hotel is a place where I wouldn’t mind staying a while at least after how I saw it being advertised. In the end however I was more than just disappointed. The bed sheets didn’t look clean to me, the bathroom actually had a bobby pin lying in the middle of it on the floor which leaves me to question how long it hasn’t been cleaned, the shower didn’t look that great either and there were a lot of places throughout the whole room which had dust on them.

When I switched on the ventilation system in the bathroom the whole room started smelling like something I don’t appreciate smelling anywhere never to mention inside a hotel room, might not be that it actually had been what I thought it to be, but for me it smelled like it, I found the same smell in the bed sheets and whatever it was/is I don’t really think a hotel room never mind the sheets, are supposed to smell like that.

It is a place I won’t book again, however I will say that the other guests looked quite okay with the place so maybe I just got unlucky with the booked room.
