Reasons:
Who always has wanted to spend a night in pure luxury is right here. For me it has been a long time wish to stay here and it was a birthday present to spend a night there.
With an upgrade to the Castle View room, we didn’t just get amazing service but the amazing views as well. Starting off in front of the door the service was more than just amazing and makes the hotel absolutely deserve the AA Award it just received.
In the evening there is the turn down service which makes the stay something special as well as the treatment in whole, the employees are more than just polite and dedicated. The food served for breakfast is fresh and tasty, while still offering a wide variety of food, both hot and cold.
Freshly and separately prepared there are no wishes left that won’t be offered.
In the evening the Bar offers drinks and a perfectly comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
Inside the hotel rooms there were no faults to be found, they were clean and have been serviced very well.
From arrival till departure the service was outstanding up to the part of offering to call a taxi and helping with the luggage until on the straight path again (meaning, carrying it down the stairs as well). This incredible luxury hotel definitely deserves more than 5 stars on here, since I am not giving anything above a 5 I will simply add a * here, for this outstanding hotel, well deserved!
